This is the super-proven mum’s chocolate cake and memory of many of my childhood friends! It ‘good to be eaten for breakfast and snacks, but is also perfect to be presented to a party with friends. It keeps in the fridge covered for a few days and, before consuming it, you leave it for a few minutes out of the refrigerator.
Questa è la super-collaudata torta al cioccolato di mia madre e ricordo di molti miei amici d’infanzia! E’ ottima da consumare a colazione e a merenda, ma è perfetta anche da presentare ad una festa tra amici. Si conserva in frigo per qualche giorno, coperta e, prima di consumarla, la si lascia per qualche minuto fuori.
